ABHA LIGHT FOUNDATION is a unique health care program. Since its inception
in 1998 the ALF has pioneered and fostered homeopathic and naturopathic clinics
in rural is not easily accessible and slum areas of Kenya where medicine is not
affordable. As natural therapies are relatively inexpensive and require little
infrastructure they are well-suited to such communites.
Graduates
of ALF training are encouraged to set up clinics in their own communities.

from abroad.
The
work of ABHA LIGHT can only continue with the support of sponsors and
fund-raising ventures such as this unique safari.
This
special 15-day African Safari includes wildlife safaris, walking tours through
rainforest, geological & wildlife parks and a few days on the warm Indian
Ocean beaches. We will also take time to get to know the way of life of the
Kenyans by visits to a Masai traditional village. We will visit Abha Light’s
projects in Kenya – an orphanage near Lake 
Nakuru and village clinics on the shores of Lake
Victoria and nearby Chyulu Hills.
This
is no ordinary safari. A daily programme of yoga and
meditation led by the Director of Abha Light will give an opportunity to
relax and explore the inner world as you are exploring the outer African nature world.
Comfortable
accomodations will be in safari & tourist lodges. Vegetarian and
non-vegetarian cuisine is available.

Masai Mara National Park & Tzavo National Park
Where you can witness spectacular vistas of wildlife
& sunsets of the African Savannah. At night you can listen to the sounds of
herds of buffalo, elephant and zebra grazing outside your bedroom. Lions,
eland, gazelle, innumberable birds, wildebeest.
Walking Tour of the Kakamega Rainforest, Rondo
Escape from the ordinary into the extra ordinary in a
botanical wonderland. There are so many exciting things to see and to do in
experiencing and exploring the wonderful world of the tropical rain forest.
Walking Tour of Hells Gate and Lake Nakuru
Hells Gate: a magical combination of wildlife and
geological wonders. View the spectacular sights of the flamingos on the Lake
Nakuru.
Coast- Indian Ocean
